The next day we headed to Theodore Roosevelt National Park’s North Unit (since I had never been to both and the parking pass that we paid for the day before could be used for another few days at either unit). The North Unit is widely considered to be the “prettier” of the two. These next few [...] On July 25th (Connor’s nine month birthday) we packed up Marlowe and Janelle’s Saturn and braved the long drive from Moorhead to Dickinson. We stopped at a rest area (can’t remember where this is) with cool old gas pumps.
Connor wasn't exactly the picture of happiness! We arrived pretty late so we [...] We weren’t really tired so I can’t explain Chris’ foggy look, but the next day Connor loved playing with the balloon!
I like these because you can see his teeth ~Jaci For Connor’s first Fourth of July we decided to head to the MSUM Fourth of July celebration. I’ve never been to this before so I didn’t know what to expect, but I was really impressed. It was all very family friendly, nothing was too spendy, and there was something for everyone. The weather was perfect. It [...] Connor recently began sitting up on his own also. Here he is enjoying his bath time:
He’s getting so big! ~Jaci Connor is officially standing! He was never a baby who wanted to stand, like I’ve seen some two and three month olds, so this is pretty new for us. Plus he’s also pulling himself up to stand, so this is big!
